Wortelopslag- en bewaring volgens jouw wensen
RTL Foods offers you the option of storing carrots in specialised storage bunkers. Our own storage facilities enable us to better manage the entire supply chain. From harvesting and transport to storage and sales, the company has complete control over the process and can respond quickly to changes in the market or internal requirements. This increases the efficiency of our business and reduces our dependence on third parties.
We have crates that ensure the safe and proper storage of your carrots. Thanks to the suction system of our crate storage system, the air is evenly distributed and blown through the carrot crates. This ensures optimal storage of your carrots. We also provide ample refrigerated storage, guaranteeing excellent quality and traceability.

Optical sorting machine
RTL Foods is equipped with a professional optical sorting machine that uses cameras linked to an artificial intelligence algorithm. This combination enables a full 360-degree analysis of the onions’ surface, allowing for precise classification based on their quality. Thanks to the 360-degree scan of each onion, we have access to accurate information about the stored carrots based on their quality.

Na passage door de optische machine worden de wortelen zorgvuldig handmatig nagekeken, zodat enkel de beste kwaliteit overblijft. Daarna worden ze gewogen en verpakt in de door de klant gewenste verpakking. Dankzij onze verschillende verpakkingsmachines kunnen we aan elke vraag en verpakkingseis voldoen. Bovendien beschikken we over kwaliteitscertificaten zoals HACCP, Autocontrole en Global G.A.P., die de hygiëne en veiligheid van de wortelen verzekeren. Zo bent u er zeker van dat de producten, ongeacht hun eindbestemming, hun kwaliteit behouden en de consument steeds volop kan genieten.
